In a class this small, I can see what each child understands, where they are getting stuck, and when they are ready for more. Instruction can respond in the moment instead of waiting for a problem to grow.

After more than 15 years teaching elementary students, I became convinced that the environment in which children learn matters just as much as what they are taught.
When children are known well, challenged appropriately, and given room to think, ask questions, and grow, strong learning follows.
That belief became Legacy Foundations Academy.
Why Legacy was created
I wanted an elementary school where strong academics, close teacher attention, and a developmentally appropriate school day could exist together.
